Damages in Transport

 

• If goods with obvious damages to packaging or its contents are delivered, the buyer must immediately inform the carrier, refuse the acceptance and contact M.O.R.E. Clothing & Apparel by email at support@more.ejbannister.com in order for M.O.R.E. Clothing & Apparel to be able to exercise its rights towards the carrier. 

 

Title retention

 

• The goods remain vested in M.O.R.E. Clothing & Apparel until the buyer fulfills payment obligations.

 

Online Images

 

• The color of images may slightly deviate from the delivered product due to the way you have programmed your screen and the light intensity that was applicable during the photo shoots.
